How to measure circularity?

Measuring circularity provides a point of reference, creates actions for improvement and shows you and your (future) customers the results of your efforts. As a business developer, sustainability manager or designer in the manufacturing industry, this masterclass will give you the guidance and insights you need to start measuring and monitoring the circularity of your products and services.

New circular products and revenue models spark innovation and create numerous jobs along the value chain. An increasing number of companies are investing in circular strategies, responding to the rising demand for circular products and services. But how should you determine the ambitions and innovation focus within the complexity of a circular story? How can you measure the ambitions and performance of your company, product or value chain in terms of circularity? How can your company ensure that it is making progress?

These and many other questions will be answered during this masterclass, organised by VITO, Sirris and Agoria. We rely on testimonials from companies sharing their experience of measuring circularity. Throughout the day, during interactive exercises, we will guide you through the first steps to start determining what you should measure, and how to fit it into your business process.
