Plastics in Politics Live February 2023: Plastics debates heats up in some states

While there’s a lot of attention on plastics in Congress, the real action right now is happening in states. Four have passed extended producer responsibility laws and are working to implement them now, and more states are likely to jump on the bandwagon.
