The valorisation and recycling of plastics is currently the greatest challenge of implementing the circular economy model that allows the use of waste as a starting material. The recycling and, in general, the valorisation of plastic waste is currently the greatest challenge of implementing the circular economy model that allows the use of waste as resources such as new, more sustainable raw materials. In this Seminar we address the current challenges and opportunities relating to the management and recycling of plastic wastes, as well as raising awareness of all the initiatives that have been put in motion on an international level in order to advance the marked objectives at a European level.
